Thank you all for your book recommendations on my last post! So, I've been buying a lot of old ugly shirts from the thrift store just so I can cut them up and wear them as crop tops. It's a super fulfilling hobby if you're not revoltingly and inexcusably bad at sewing. A swift parting today, I must enjoy my last few days before work with sunshine and ice cream and music.

Today I went on a mini road trip all the way up north, which is basically like travelling to this weird parallel universe where there are only kitshy gift shops and eerie gas stations and large expanses of land and semi-abandoned coffee shops and giant moose statues (?!). My sister and I stopped for cinnamon twists and frozen drinks. A Tuesday well spent.
